About Eric
Eric was born in New Jersey, but grew up most of his life in Cupertino, California. He received his Bachelor of Science in chemistry from UC Irvine in 2025. During his undergrad, he conducted research with Dr. Scott Rychnovsky on medicinal chemistry and total synthesis. He synthesized various analogs for a mutant p53 reactivating compound and contributed to the synthesis of rhodocorane L. His research in the Schuppe lab will focus on total synthesis of natural products.
