About Max
Max was born in Buffalo, NY and grew up in rural western New York. He attended the University of Rochester and in 2023 received BS degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. Max conducted research under Dr. Alison J. Frontier working towards novel applications of the Nazarov cyclization. He began his graduate career at Vanderbilt University in the fall of 2023 and his research will focus on the development of new catalytic methods to facilitate the rapid synthesis of complex molecules.
